Job summary

HSBC Dubai is seeking an EWS Advisor to support acquisition and lending needs through a need-based selling approach (EDRAS). You will coordinate with the EWS CAM to improve penetration within about 800 EWS companies and drive HSBC market share.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining strong compliance, and coordinating with Corporate Banking and Wealth segments to offer holistic banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Understanding of IWPB products, propositions and services and ability to communicate them to customers.
• Experience dealing with emerging affluent and affluent customers.
• Ability to develop a networking strategy and achieve activity/outcome goals.
• Knowledge of competitor activity and offers.

Responsibilities

• Meeting performance expectations across Acquisitions and Revolving and KPIs.
• Be the first point of contact for employees of assigned companies for banking needs across Acquisitions, Revolving and referrals.
• Collaborate with Corporate, EWS CAM, EWS Loan Specialist to drive engagement with approved companies.
• Provide a holistic view of HSBC capabilities to customers and ensure proper referrals to the right business units.
• Promote HSBC Financial wellbeing sessions to employees.
• Adhere to Group compliance standards and internal controls with zero misconduct.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, efficiency, and productivity.
