Job summary

ESM is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. You will grow corporate revenue by targeting venue hire, wellness programmes, corporate events, and partnership packages across the UAE and Qatar.

You'll generate leads, book meetings, and close deals while collaborating with the Sales Manager on pricing and contracts, maintaining CRM records, and supporting forecasting with accurate activity data.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in target-driven, outbound B2B sales.
• Experience in sports, events, hospitality, or venue sales preferred.
• Proven prospecting, pitching and closing skills.
• Knowledge of UAE market and corporate clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a proactive outbound pipeline of corporate clients.
• Generate leads, book meetings and close sales.
• Maintain CRM records and contribute to forecasting.
• Grow existing accounts through renewals and upsell.
