Job summary

Capital Motion UAE is seeking a Corporate Events Sales Executive to drive corporate event sales across its restaurants, lounges, and venues. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with corporate clients, convert leads into bookings, and coordinate with operations to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will manage a pipeline, hit monthly and quarterly targets, present tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts, while maintaining strong client service across Abu Dhabi

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• Certifications in sales or hospitality are advantageous.
• Minimum 2–4 years in event/hospitality sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate clients for events and meetings.
• Generate revenue through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and meet sales targets.
