Job summary

Sacoor Brothers in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to design and deliver interactive sessions for front office and support teams. You will lead onboarding, communicate brand standards, and partner with department heads to tailor learning modules.

Your role includes measuring training impact and acting as a brand ambassador to uphold our professional culture. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in hospitality or retail, strong storytelling and public speaking skills,

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in training, preferably in hospitality or retail.
• Strong public speaking and storytelling skills, able to captivate and energize audiences.
• Confident, dynamic, and approachable personality.
• Passion for developing people and helping teams reach potential.
• Knowledge of our brand processes and company culture is a strong advantage.
• Ability to create engaging training materials and adapt content for different audiences.
• Strong sense of structure, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communicator, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates initiative and anticipates needs proactively.
• Maintains professionalism, integrity, and judgment in all interactions.
• Excellent time management and organizational discipline.
