Job summary

Eurostar Rent A Car, part of Ali & Sons Holding LLC, seeks a Corporate Lease Business Specialist to grow the UAE corporate leasing portfolio and win high-value contracts.

You will lead strategic partnerships, negotiate deals, and coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Finance, and Insurance to ensure successful implementations in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate sales, business development, or key account management.
• Experience in car rental, fleet management, or automotive leasing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Proven track record of securing corporate contracts and achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-value corporate rental, fleet leasing, and business development opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Develop strategic partnerships and secure long-term corporate rental and leasing agreements.
• Lead commercial negotiations and prepare tailored proposals that deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop existing corporate accounts by identifying opportunities for fleet expansion, retention, and long-term growth.
• Assess pricing, payment terms, contract commitments, and commercial risks before proposing business agreements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Maintenance, Finance, Insurance, and other relevant teams to ensure contract feasibility and successful implementation.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare revenue forecasts, and report on key opportunities and business performance.
• Achieve assigned targets for corporate contract acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.

Eurostar Rent A Car, a member of Ali & Sons Holding LLC, is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Corporate Lease Business Specialist to expand our corporate client portfolio, secure high-value rental and leasing contracts, and strengthen our position in the UAE market.

We are seeking a results-oriented professional with a strong background in corporate sales, business development, and strategic account management, ideally within the car rental, fleet management, or automotive leasing industry.
