Taqeef, based in Dubai, is seeking an energetic Sales Operations Coordinator to support the operations team. The role requires hands-on experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support and familiarity with ERP systems.

The successful candidate will register opportunities in Odoo/NAV, verify documentation for SMEs and projects, and help coordinate inquiries and quotations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered on time.
• Register customer opportunities in Odoo/NAV and upload details promptly.
• Verify enquiry requirements and documents for SMEs & Projects Sales.
• Register general enquiries in Odoo via helpdesk tickets and route them appropriately.
• Record customer contact information and documents for Finance verification and account approval.
• Prepare proforma invoices and sales quotations for small projects (10+ units).
• Prepare hard copy technical submittals when needed.
• Support collaboration across the sales operations team and assist Manager as needed.

Job description

We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and result-driven Sales Operations Coordinator to join our operations team based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered on time.


• Register customer opportunities in Odoo/NAV and ensure necessary customer/enquiry details were accurately and timely uploaded.


• Verify enquiry requirements and ensure accuracy and completion of the documents for SMEs & Projects Sales.


• Register general enquiries in Odoo through the helpdesk tickets and address them to concerned departments.


• Register customer contact information and other related documentation in Odoo for Finance verification and customer account approval.


• Prepare power factor letters, warranties, and proforma invoices for small projects, including sales quotations on Navision (for >10 units).


• Prepare hard copy technical submittals when needed.


• Ensure smooth collaboration and workflow across sales operations team members.


• Assist Sales Operations Manager/Supervisor in other related matters if required.

Required qualifications:

• BSc degree in a relevant field.


• 3+ years of hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and administrative support.


• Familiar with Odoo/NAV or ERP system.


• Excellent communication and organization skills.


• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems.
