Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory, order processing, dispatch, and returns, while ensuring accurate records.

You will coordinate manpower, maintain documentation, monitor batch/expiry, and use WMS/ERP systems; strong Excel skills required. This role supports inventory counts, issue resolution, and process improvements within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Work Experience - Experience in warehouse coordination or warehouse operations, preferably within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, FMCG, or other regulated environments.
• Must be proficient with warehouse documentation and WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory, order processing, dispatch, and returns.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records.
• Monitor batch/lot numbers, expiry dates, quantities, and stock movements.
• Update and maintain transactions in WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate manpower and daily warehouse activities with the operational team.
• Support inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Prepare operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable warehouse/quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Performing any other tasks that may be assigned by the manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.
