Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and documentation. You will coordinate with the operations team, monitor stock movements, and ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and experience in warehouse coordination or regulated environments, with proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor degree.
• Experience in warehouse coordination or warehouse operations, preferably within regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory, order processing, dispatch, and returns.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records.
• Monitor batch/lot numbers, expiry dates, quantities, and stock movements.
• Update and maintain transactions in WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate manpower and daily warehouse activities with the operational team.
• Support inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Prepare operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable warehouse/quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Performing any other tasks that may be assigned by the manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.
