Job summary

ConFlip in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly qualified Legal Adviser to join our team on a contract basis. You will provide legal guidance, review contracts, conduct research, and ensure compliance with UAE laws.

The role requires at least five years in a legal advisory or similar role, a law degree, and excellent communication. Fluency in English and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal Adviser or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
• Experience in contract negotiations and drafting legal documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
