Job summary

talentbridgedubai in Dubai is seeking a Junior Legal Associate to join the legal team. You will assist a Senior Legal Counsel with drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, while gaining exposure to UAE law and regulatory matters.

The role requires 1–2 years of legal experience, a Bachelor's in Law, and strong English communication. Arabic knowledge is a plus, with a focus on attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and basic legal principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Legal Counsel in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to support the senior team member.
• Prepare summaries, briefs, and other legal documentation under the guidance of the Senior Legal Counsel.
• Manage and organize legal files, ensuring that all documents are up to date and accessible.
• Coordinate with other departments to collect necessary information and documents.
• Review compliance matters and ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
• Attend meetings and take minutes, providing administrative support to the legal team.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
