Job summary

India Abroad in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled Legal Adviser to provide sound legal guidance to clients across industries, conduct thorough legal research, and draft or review contracts, agreements, and policies.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s preferred), minimum five years’ experience as a Legal Adviser, strong UAE law knowledge, and excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters
• Conduct extensive research on relevant laws and regulations
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
• Represent clients in court proceedings or negotiations with other parties
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' businesses
• Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for resolving legal issues
