Job summary

Star Services LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a qualified Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal guidance, draft and review contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance across the business. You will support clients and internal teams, spanning negotiations, disputes, and training on legal matters.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Law and a minimum of 5 years of corporate legal experience with deep knowledge of UAE laws.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support to the company and clients on a wide range of matters.
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Advise on risks and liabilities from business decisions and operations.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, settlements, and litigation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance across the business.
Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations impacting the company.
Provide training to employees on legal matters as needed.
Maintain and update legal documentation and records.
