Job summary

Aleph Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment for the project, from intake through sourcing, interviewing, offers and close. You will partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand role requirements, offer strategic guidance, and build global sourcing strategies.

The role emphasizes a fair candidate experience, data-driven decisions, and timely ATS records.

Qualifications

• A UAE work visa is required for freelance/contract work.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience managing high-volume or multi-role hiring projects to tight deadlines.
• Confidence working autonomously while collaborating across projects.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
• Solid understanding of the EMEA and APAC talent markets.
• Experience working with diverse teams and cultures.
• Ability to balance strategic and tactical execution with day-to-day work.
• Immediate or short-notice availability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for the project’s open roles from intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and close.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand role requirements and offer strategic guidance.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across the globe.
• Conduct market analysis and share insights on talent pools, salary benchmarks and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and business leaders to align on hiring needs, headcount and timelines.
• Ensure a fair, equitable and engaging approach to attracting and assessing candidates.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics using data to optimize your pipeline and meet project deadlines.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in our applicant tracking system.
• Provide a clean handover of pipelines, documentation and learnings at the end of the project.
