Job summary

Aleph in Dubai is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for a defined project. You will partner with hiring managers across functions to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality hires on a tight timeline.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in talent acquisition, proven success managing high-volume, multi-role projects, fluency in English, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• UAE visa holder and eligible to work on a contract basis.
• Experience delivering high-volume or multi-role hiring projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to work autonomously with accountability while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and awareness of global talent markets (EMEA/APAC).
• Immediate or short-notice availability.

We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our dynamic global Talent Acquisition team in Dubai and support a defined hiring project. This is a project-based engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for the project’s open roles, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and close.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand role requirements and offer strategic guidance that supports informed hiring decisions.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across the globe.
• Conduct market analysis and share insights on talent pools, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align on hiring needs, headcount, and timelines.
• Ensure a fair, equitable, and engaging approach to attracting and assessing candidates.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, using data to optimize your pipeline and meet project deadlines.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in our applicant tracking system.
• Provide a clean handover of pipelines, documentation, and learnings at the end of the project.

What You Need For This Role:

• A valid UAE work visa that permits you to work on a freelance or contract basis. Candidates must hold their own visa; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this engagement.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience managing high-volume or multi-role hiring projects to tight deadlines.
• Confidence working autonomously and taking accountability for outcome, but also working together with a team and collaborating across projects.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
• Solid understanding of the EMEA and APAC talent market.
• Experience working with diverse teams and cultures.
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically, balancing project goals with day-to-day execution.
• Immediate or short-notice availability.
