Job summary

Aleph is seeking a results-driven recruitment professional for a contract, project-based role in the UAE. You will own end-to-end recruitment for global roles, partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, analyze markets, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The position requires 5+ years in talent acquisition, proficiency in English, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a diverse, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• A valid UAE work visa to work on a freelance/contract basis.
• 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience managing high-volume or multi-role hiring projects to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and with a team, across projects.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
• Solid understanding of the EMEA and APAC talent market.
• Experience working with diverse teams and cultures.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically, balancing project goals with day-to-day execution.
• Immediate or short-notice availability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for the project’s open roles from intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand role requirements and provide strategic hiring guidance.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent globally.
• Conduct market analysis and share insights on talent pools, salary benchmarks and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and business leaders to align on headcount and timelines.
• Ensure a fair, engaging approach to attracting and assessing candidates.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize the pipeline and meet deadlines.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide clean handover of pipelines, documentation and learnings at project end.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders
• Fluency in English
• Solid understanding of the EMEA and APAC talent market
• Experience working with diverse teams and cultures
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically balancing project goals with day-to-day execution
