Job summary

Aleph in Dubai is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for a defined project. You will partner with hiring managers across global teams to understand role requirements and drive fast, high-volume hires.

This project-based role focuses on delivering great candidates, managing timelines, and maintaining accurate records in our ATS. Fluency in English and UAE work eligibility are essential, with the ability to work autonomously yet collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record delivering high-volume, multi-role hiring.
• Experience managing projects with tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; UAE market knowledge (EMEA/APAC).
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across teams.
• Immediate or short-notice availability.

We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our dynamic global Talent Acquisition team in Dubai and support a defined hiring project. This is a project‑based engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for the project’s open roles, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and close.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand role requirements and offer strategic guidance that supports informed hiring decisions.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality talent across the globe.
• Conduct market analysis and share insights on talent pools, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align on hiring needs, headcount, and timelines.
• Ensure a fair, equitable, and engaging approach to attracting and assessing candidates.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, using data to optimize your pipeline and meet project deadlines.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in our applicant tracking system.
• Provide a clean handover of pipelines, documentation, and learnings at the end of the project.

What You Need For This Role

• A valid UAE work visa that permits you to work on a freelance or contract basis. Candidates must hold their own visa; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this engagement.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a track record of delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
• Proven experience managing high‑volume or multi‑role hiring projects to tight deadlines.
• Confidence working autonomously and taking accountability for outcome, but also working together with a team and collaborating across projects.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
• Solid understanding of the EMEA and APAC talent market.
• Experience working with diverse teams and cultures.
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically, balancing project goals with day‑to‑day execution.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability.
