Job summary

Aleph is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team in Dubai on a project-based engagement. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for the project’s roles and collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and business leaders to align on hiring needs and timelines.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in talent acquisition, experience with high-volume multi-role hiring, and fluency in English. UAE visa holders on a contract basis are eligible to apply.

• Proven experience managing high-volume or multi-role hiring projects.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• Valid UAE visa and eligibility to work on contract.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for the project’s open roles, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role requirements and guide hiring decisions.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent across regions (EMEA/APAC).
• Conduct market analysis on talent pools, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leaders to align on headcount and timelines.
• Ensure fair, engaging candidate assessment and experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize the pipeline to meet deadlines.
• Provide clean handover of pipelines, documentation and learnings at project end.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align on hiring needs, headcount, and timelines.
• Ensure a fair, equitable, and engaging approach to attracting and assessing candidates.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, using data to optimize your pipeline and meet project deadlines.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in our applicant tracking system.
• Provide a clean handover of pipelines, documentation, and learnings at the end of the project.

What You Need For This Role:

• A valid UAE work visa that permits you to work on a freelance or contract basis. Candidates must hold their own visa; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this engagement.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience managing high-volume or multi-role hiring projects to tight deadlines.
• Confidence working autonomously and taking accountability for outcome, but also working together with a team and collaborating across projects.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
• Solid understanding of the EMEA and APAC talent market.
• Experience working with diverse teams and cultures.
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically, balancing project goals with day-to-day execution.
• Immediate or short-notice availability.
