Job summary

Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage candidates across the MENA region. You will build talent pipelines, surface qualified candidates to recruiters, and maintain active communication with diverse stakeholders.

You will partner with recruiters on intake discussions, monitor market trends, and continuously refine sourcing strategies in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.

The opportunity

Join our international Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team, working alongside recruiters and sourcers to support our client, a purpose-driven science and technology leader. The role is primarily focused on identifying, engaging and developing talent across the MENA region. You will also provide dependable coordination that keeps sourcing activity, candidate communication and recruitment workflows organised, accurate and moving forward.

What you'll do

Sourcing and talent engagement

• Build and develop talent pipelines across MENA using relevant sourcing channels, tools and methodologies.
• Find, engage, pre-screen (where required) and assess candidates, presenting qualified talent to recruiters in line with role requirements.
• Reach prospective candidates through tailored outreach, including social media, email, telephone, job boards, Boolean search, professional networks and relevant associations or universities.
• Partner with recruiters on intake discussions to clarify role requirements, search priorities, candidate profiles and delivery timelines.
• Research market and position-specific information, share insights with recruiters and stakeholders, and flag talent availability, search challenges or delivery risks.
• Recommend and apply effective sourcing approaches; keep informed about emerging sourcing tools, channels and market trends.
• Use AI and data analytics appropriately to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate matching and proactive talent-pool development.

Recruitment coordination and workflow management

• Keep sourcing and candidate activity accurately and promptly updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools, including candidate status, notes, follow-ups and next steps.
• Organise and prioritise a high-volume workload across multiple requisitions; maintain clear trackers, reminders and action lists so deadlines and follow-ups are not missed.
• Coordinate candidate and recruiter touchpoints, interviews and related logistics when required, confirming details and communicating changes promptly to candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates, recruiters and other stakeholders, helping ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Monitor outstanding actions and process milestones, follow up with owners, and escal[e] delays, risks or sensitive issues through the appropriate channels.
• Support recruiters with routine process administration and reporting, including accurate sourcing activity data and contribution to team scorecard targets.
• Contribute to team projects and process improvements; assist with onboarding or training new team members when needed.
• Handle candidate and business information confidentially and comply with applicable legal, regulatory and company requirements.

What makes you stand out

• At least 3 years' experience in candidate sourcing, with demonstrated knowledge of the MENA talent market.
• Strong working knowledge of local job boards, social media and other relevant candidate discovery channels.
• Demonstrated ability to source for multiple roles across different disciplines and manage a high-volume requisition load effectively.
• Experience attracting passive candidates through strategic sourcing methods, including cold outreach, search tools, Boolean search, networking and relevant professional or educational communities.
• Experience developing or delivering a social media sourcing and recruitment strategy.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to plan, track and prioritise numerous concurrent activities and deadlines in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
• Reliable follow-through: able to maintain accurate records, manage reminders and candidate follow-ups, and keep workflows moving without losing sight of sourcing priorities.
• Confident identifying potential challenges and risks, taking appropriate action and escalating when needed.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and customer-service skills, with the judgement to engage professionally with candidates, recruiters and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a data-driven environment and contributing to agreed scorecard targets.
• Experience with recruitment systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday, or comparable ATS/HRIS platforms.
