Job summary

Magna Legal Services is seeking an experienced recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for Digital Court Reporter roles and related positions. You will conduct high-volume phone and video screens to assess fit and coordinate scheduling using Lever and Outlook.

The role requires managing multiple requisitions, maintaining accurate candidate records, and partnering with hiring managers to provide pipeline updates. Sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels will be essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Lever preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Digital Court Reporter positions and other related roles.
• Conduct high-volume phone and video screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Manage candidate scheduling and logistics using Lever and Outlook.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting metrics within the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide pipeline updates.
• Generate candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
