Job summary

Crosby is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for legal roles, from sourcing to closing. You will partner with leaders to define role requirements, build scalable processes, and track metrics while engaging passive lawyer candidates.

You will evangelize Crosby’s AI-driven approach to modern legal practice and ensure a high-quality candidate experience, protecting the team’s time and maintaining a high hiring bar in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience in the legal domain or high-slope recruiting in another domain.
• Proven ability to close in-demand, discerning candidates.
• Strong sourcing instincts and ability to build pipelines from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills to earn trust with candidates and managers.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Interest in AI and its impact on professional work.
• Experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred).
