Responsibilities

• Identify and correct transcript errors while preserving the integrity of the official record
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure transcripts meet established standards
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to newly onboarded scopists
• Collaborate with scopists, court reporters, and internal team members to resolve issues
• Utilize proprietary transcript management platform to review, edit, and track workflow
• Identify recurring quality trends and recommend process improvements
• Ensure adherence to company style guides and production standards
• Prioritize workload to meet production deadlines
