Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a dynamic High Volume Clinical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This remote role supports clinical hourly positions across the United States and requires exceptional organizational and communication skills.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build pipelines, and partner with hiring leaders to meet staffing targets in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred, with a focus on efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience, healthcare preferred.
• Proven track record filling clinical hourly positions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment of clinical/hourly positions, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
• Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously to meet staffing needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers to ensure smooth processes.
• Use diverse sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience and culture fit.
• Maintain compliant documentation across recruitment processes.
• Track metrics and report on hiring performance.
• Coach hiring leaders on interviews and market trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
