High Trust General Contracting is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join its team in the UAE. This role is ideal for a senior HR professional with strong expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, and HR operations within the construction sector.

Job Overview

The selected candidate will lead HR functions across recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development while ensuring smooth coordination with project teams and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan workforce requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and support staff
- Coordinate with project management for manpower planning
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Identify training needs and support development programs
- Oversee performance appraisal systems
- Manage payroll coordination, salary structures, and benefits

________ - Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR regulations
- Oversee visa processing, labor contracts, and licensing
- Coordinate with PROs for government-related processes
- Support succession planning and leadership development.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Ability to manage a diverse workforce in a high-pressure environment
- Immediate availability preferred.
