Job summary

The role emphasizes maintaining comprehensive document control processes, handling drawings, RFIs, submittals and correspondence, and ensuring timely submissions across projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years UAE construction experience, a relevant diploma or degree, and proficiency in MS Office and document management systems,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller within the UAE construction industry.
• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and project documentation standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
• Experience handling technical documents, drawings, submittals, RFIs and correspondence.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Ensure proper filing, tracking and distribution of documents and drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients regarding document submissions.
• Maintain updated logs for drawings, submittals, RFIs and correspondence.
• Ensure document control procedures comply with company and project requirements.
• Support project teams with accurate document retrieval and reporting.
