AECOM is seeking a Document Control Supervisor to oversee the document control process for construction projects in the UAE. You will develop and implement document control systems, ensure compliance with standards, and lead a team of document controllers to maintain accurate project documentation.

You will train project teams, support audits with required reports, and drive continuous improvement in document control practices while coordinating with stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in document control within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
