Qualifications

• Practical experience within the construction/contracting/engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of construction cost control and project commercial processes.
• Ability to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document customer requirements for cost control and project budgeting.
• Conduct workshops and requirements gathering with stakeholders.
• Translate construction terminology into functional requirements for the software solution.
• Support configuration and implementation based on agreed processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct interpretation of needs.
• Assist in solution demonstrations, testing, and UAT; train users.
