Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Cost Controller to develop and maintain cost control systems across multiple projects. You will analyze project data to identify variances and drive cost efficiency, while collaborating with project managers to establish baselines and monitor progress against them.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, Finance, or related field, with 3+ years in cost control in construction/engineering.

Analyze project data and variances to provide actionable insights that drive cost efficiency and financial performance.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish cost baselines and track progress against them.

Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports highlighting key metrics and forecasts to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in cost control within the construction or engineering sectors.

Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.

Experience with cost estimation software and ERP systems, particularly Primavera P6 and SAP.
