Job summary

Inflexion Technology is seeking experienced cost controllers, project controls professionals, quantity surveyors, or commercially oriented construction professionals who want to move into software and functional consulting. This is not a traditional IT role.

You will apply your construction knowledge to understand customer requirements, translate processes into system specifications, support configuration and implementation for Konstryx, and help construction organizations improve project

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, contracting, engineering or project-based industry.
• Strong understanding of construction cost control and project commercial processes.
• Budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasting and project reporting.
• Ability to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to explain construction processes clearly to both business and technical teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with business applications, ERP systems, project-control platforms, Excel or similar systems.
• Interest in developing a career in technology and functional consulting.
• Previous software consulting experience is not mandatory.
• Experience with ERP, construction management, project controls, commercial management or cost-control software would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' project costing and cost-control processes.
• Lead business process workshops with stakeholders.
• Document requirements: budgets, costs, procurement, forecasting, changes, controls.
• Translate construction terms into functional requirements for Konstryx.
• Support configuration and implementation based on processes.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and product specialists.
• Assist in demonstrations, workshops, testing and rollout.
• Support UAT and validate requirements with users.
• Train users on implemented processes.
• Bridge construction professionals and technology teams.
• Provide recommendations from construction experience.
• Assist presales with construction domain knowledge.
