Job summary

Inflexion Technology seeks experienced Cost Controllers and Project Controls professionals to transition into software and functional consulting. You will understand real-world budgets, costs, procurement and forecasting to shape system requirements for Konstryx.

Role involves working with construction customers, documenting processes, supporting implementation, and guiding users through new workflows while bridging business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Practical experience within the construction, contracting, engineering or project-based industry.
• Strong understanding of construction cost control and project commercial processes.
• Good understanding of budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasting and project reporting.
• Ability to explain construction processes clearly to both business and technical teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specs for Konstryx.
• Support configuration and implementation based on customer processes.
• Gather requirements through workshops with stakeholders.
• Assist during solution demonstrations, testing and UAT.
• Train customer users on implemented processes.
