The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the construction industry and a deep understanding of core business processes, including project tracking, job costing, and resource allocation. This role is crucial for ensuring the ERP system aligns with business needs, maintaining data integrity, and driving operational efficiency across all construction projects.

Responsibilities

• System management and maintenance:
  
  
  
  • Perform regular system maintenance, including applying updates, patches, and security configurations to ensure optimal performance.
  
  
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the ERP system to maintain data security and control.
  
  
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, or user access in a timely manner.

  • Provide first and second-line support to all end-users, addressing technical and functional questions related to the ERP system.

Qualifications
