Job summary

Galadari Streamline Contracting LLC in Dubai seeks a Business Development Engineer to identify and pursue opportunities in the UAE construction sector, build relationships with consultants, developers, contractors and government entities, and grow qualified leads.

You will monitor tenders, coordinate with Estimation and Operations for bid preparation, manage client meetings, and help ensure profitable project wins and long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAE construction market preferred
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and lead generation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE construction market
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, government entities and private clients
• Generate qualified leads through networking, market research and client visits
• Monitor upcoming tenders through procurement portals and industry contacts
• Coordinate with Estimation, Engineering, Procurement and Operations for bid preparation
• Review tender documents and identify project requirements
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals
• Ensure timely submission of bids and prequalification documents
• Conduct regular meetings with existing and prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Handle negotiations while maintaining company profitability
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
• Submit weekly and monthly business development reports
• Forecast project opportunities and expected revenue
