Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Coordinator/Concierge – Wynn Oasis to join our Staff Accommodation team on site in Ras Al Khaimah. You will manage guest arrivals, reservations, inquiries, and ensure a seamless, brand-aligned guest experience across outlets and events.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality degree and at least 3 years of experience, with superb English, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and event planning skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins/outs, reservations, inquiries, and incident resolution with a welcoming demeanor.
• Maintain upkeep and cleanliness of all areas.
• Coordinate tenant engagement events, budgets, and documentation with vendors.
• Provide personalized guest services including transportation and restaurant bookings.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to deliver engaging events.
• Monitor room inventory and support room moves and operations.
