About the Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Group Desk Coordinator to join the resort's Group Desk team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Coordinate all group arrivals departures and in-house group activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Review and manage rooming lists guest information special requests and group reservations to ensure accuracy prior to arrival.
- Coordinate group room assignments in collaboration with Front Office leadership Reservations Housekeeping Hotel Sales Celebration amp Event and Revenue Management.
- Prepare and organize key packets registration materials itineraries collateral and welcome amenities for arriving groups.
- Serve as the primary Front Office contact for group-related inquiries and operational coordination.
- Liaise with Sales Convention Services Event Management and other departments to ensure group requirements are communicated and executed.
- Monitor group arrivals and departures ensuring guestrooms are prepared and operational requirements are met.
- Assist with dedicated group check-in operations including pop-up check-in locations and high-volume arrivals.
- Track and communicate changes to rooming lists billing instructions VIP designations and special requests.
- Support guest issue resolution and service recovery for group guests when required.
- Maintain accurate records reports and documentation related to group operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies operational procedures and Forbes Five-Star service standards.
- Support departmental projects operational planning and opening readiness initiatives as assigned.

About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Front Office, Reservations, Groups & Events, Convention Services, or Guest Services experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, group reservations, room assignments, and guest arrival processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in Property Management System (i.e. Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and service recovery skills.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred.
- Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Prior experience within luxury hospitality environments preferred.
