Job summary

Albatha Group seeks a Group Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support compensation and benefits initiatives and HR transformation across the Group. You will conduct salary benchmarking, benefits reviews, policy development, process improvements, and HR analytics while ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance and consistency across Group companies.

The role includes implementing SuccessFactors and other HR systems, coordinating with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to drive project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• CIPD/SHRM/HRCI/GRP/ CCP or equivalent preferred.
• 4–6 years of HR experience in CB, analytics, or projects.
• SuccessFactors knowledge advantageous.
• Experience with UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation and benefits initiatives across the Group.
• Implement and optimize SuccessFactors and HR systems.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analyses.
• Develop policies, dashboards, and HR analytics reports.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and leaders on initiatives.
