Job summary

Airbus Africa and Middle East FZE is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support the total rewards strategy and global mobility operations from Dubai. You will drive HR digital transformation, AI-powered analytics and automated workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a university degree in HR or Business Administration, 2–3 years in compensation and benefits, and advanced skills in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• University Degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Experience driving HR digital transformation and AI-powered solutions.
• Advanced user of Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
• Excellent literacy in verbal/written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Supports annual reward programs and cost of labour calculations.
• Supports budget planning and provides data-driven payroll analytics.
• Leads HR digital transformation initiatives with AI-driven solutions.
• Maintains HR analytics dashboards and reward databases.
• Manages regional global mobility including expat contracts and payroll.
• Prepares and evaluates employment contracts and addendums.
• Participates in salary surveys and benchmarks.
• Develops HR dashboards and ad-hoc workforce insights.
• Drives cross-functional HR projects.
