Job summary

Adearest, Dubai-based, is seeking a highly experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll, leave salary calculations, EOSB, and benefits administration in compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

The ideal candidate will oversee payroll for blue- and white-collar staff, coordinate with Finance and PRO teams, perform payroll audits, and support benchmarking and salary structuring projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–7 years of Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations experience in UAE.
• Experience payroll for blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, EOSB, leave calculations, and WPS.
• Experience with HRMS, payroll systems, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for staff and labor employees.
• Validate attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, allowances, and variable payments.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary disbursements through WPS.
• Reconcile payroll reports and address discrepancies.
• Administer leave and employee benefits; prepare EOSB and settlements.
