Job summary

You will oversee payroll governance, cost analysis, job architecture, and change initiatives, while guiding leadership in annual appraisal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM or CIPD certification preferred.
• 10–12 years HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technology sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Compensations & Benefits, Organization Development, Performance Management, HR Analytics, and UAE Labour Law.
