You will work alongside skilled chefs, support mise en place, and help deliver memorable guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality standards.

A Culinary Diploma and Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification are preferred, with at least one year in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or diploma required.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar role at a 5-star hotel.
• Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and English communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily mise en place and food preparation
• Prepare and organize workstations for service
• Set up buffets and food displays to high standards
• Maintain proper storage, labelling, and handling of food products
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Support the culinary team in delivering quality dishes and guest experiences
