You will work closely with senior chefs, maintain mise en place, follow recipe standards, and uphold HACCP hygiene practices while supporting apprentices.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a commercial kitchen (hotel or high-volume restaurant).
• Skills: Strong knife skills, basic cooking techniques, teamwork and composure during service.

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes for a kitchen section according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Set up, restock, and maintain the daily mise en place; ensure freshness, FIFO labeling, and proper labeling.
• Guide and assist junior staff to support daily prep work and culinary techniques.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP) across the workstation, tools, and storage areas.
• Monitor food waste, report low stock levels, and store leftovers to minimize costs.
