Qualifications

• Hospitality qualification required.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate obtained.
• At least 1 year in a similar role in a five-star hotel.
• Computer literacy is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ingredient prep according to chef's specifications.
• Prepare stocks, sauces, garnishes, and basic items as required.
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures to ensure food quality and safety standards.
• Cook or prepare certain dishes under supervision.
• Assist in kitchen line preparation and ensure quality.
• Maintain and organize the kitchen and keep tools clean.
• Learn and apply kitchen procedures and safety practices.
• Work under supervision to develop cooking skills.
