Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Commis2 or similar role in a Luxury Hotel or Fine Dining environment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• Pre-opening experience in setting up dynamic, fast-paced kitchens.
• Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, plating methods, and international cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mise en place and stock rotation to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Support senior chefs in food production and service to meet high guest expectations.
