• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Cook according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food safety procedures.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers; monitor temperatures and food quality.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation; follow safety policies and report issues.
