Job summary

Accor Dubai is seeking a Commis 1 to join our kitchen team. Assists in preparing and presenting dishes, maintains high standards, and works under the guidance of the Sous Chef. You will be part of a busy, 5-star hotel environment in Dubai, delivering friendly service and quality food.

The ideal candidate is creative, customer-focused, with team spirit, able to work under pressure. UAE residency preferred; immediate joining is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Creative and passionate about food and customer service.
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.
• Work in 5* Hotel or relevant experience is a must with in the industry.
• Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Standards meet and exceed customer and team member expectations.
• Monitors and maintains cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Prepares mise en place and follows daily requirements and stock lists.
• Assists Chef de partie and ensures correct service sequence.
• Attends training and reports irregularities or problems.
