Job summary

Accor in Dubai is seeking a Commis 1 to join our kitchen team and progress within a world-class platform. You will contribute to daily mise en place, food preparation, and service standards across multiple brands.

Ideal candidates bring culinary education, a passion for quality, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, guest‑facing environment. UAE residency and immediate availability are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in Culinary arts is required.
• Experience in 5-star hotel or relevant industry is a must.
• Currently in UAE and available to join immediately is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen standards and mise en place per daily requirements.
• Prepare and present dishes to Accor's 15-Minute Guest Satisfaction standard.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and waste controls in the kitchen.
• Assist Chef de Partie and supervise shifts as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership.
