Job summary

Accor is seeking a kitchen team member in Dubai to maintain high standards of food preparation and service. You will stock ingredients daily, operate kitchen equipment safely, and prepare items per standard recipes while minimizing waste.

The role requires 1–2 years in a high-volume kitchen, knowledge of food safety, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. UAE-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary diploma preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or full-service hotel.
• Proficiency in basic cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Experience in Arabic, Thai, Japanese, Filipino or Indonesian cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Stock the assigned kitchen with raw materials and ingredients daily.
• Be familiar with all equipment and observe safety precautions.
• Prepare items per standard recipes while controlling portions and waste.
• Apply HACCP and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Attend briefings, trainings, and maintain personal appearance.
