Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Commis Chef in a 3-star hotel or higher.
• Hotel/F&B background preferred.
• Advanced English language required.

Responsibilities

• Under the head chef, assist in preparation and service across kitchen sections.
• Communicate stock, best practices and quality control to the team.
• Ensure food preparation and levels meet quality/quantity standards for service.
• Control storage to minimize spoilage and waste; exercise portion control.
• Follow recipes and SOPs to maintain consistency.
