You will deliver market analyses, property valuations, and maintain relationships with developers and clients while staying up to date with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market and its legal frameworks.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
