A leading real estate firm in Dubai is looking for a Commercial Sales & Lettings Consultant to manage the buying, selling, and renting of a variety of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a good work ethic. RERA certification is required, and candidates with a UAE driving license will have an advantage. This role is full-time, onsite, and offers a commission-based salary with bonuses.

Qualificações

• Experience in commercial or residential real estate sales and/or rentals in the UAE and/or UK.
• RERA certified or willing to obtain.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Second language proficiency is a plus.
• Professional appearance and conduct are required.
• Punctual and contributes to company development.

Responsabilidades

• Collect information about commercial properties and create marketing material.
• Maintain knowledge of rules, regulations, and current pricing yields in Dubai.
• Communicate confidently with clients including sellers, buyers, and banks.
• Attend commercial property valuations and viewings.
• Negotiate with prospective clients from viewing to offer stage.
• Monitor sales and procedures with support from the Sales Progression team.
• Follow up with clients after each viewing.
• Stay informed about market trends in commercial property.
• Stay informed on local market trends.

Conhecimentos

Commercial or Residential real estate sales or rental experience

Commercial Sales & Lettings Consultants deal with the purchase, sale and let of office spaces, shopping malls and large retail projects as well as restaurants, cafes, labour camps and any other commercially required space.

Salary Range: 50% Commission + Bonuses

Your Role:

• Collecting information about a commercial property and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created
• Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations and current pricing yields (price per square foot or meter etc) within Dubai
• Confident and clear communication with sellers, buyers and tenants as well as banks and other financial institutions
• Creating and attending commercial property valuations
• Creating and attending commercial property viewings
• Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage
• Monitoring sales and lets as they proceed with the assistance of our Sales Progression team
• Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing
• Keeping up to date with market trends in the local commercial property market

About You:

• Commercial or Residential real estate sales and or rental experience in the UAE and/or UK preferably
• RERA certified (We will assist with this if you do not have this)
• Positive and hard working attitude
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
• Fluency in second language advantageous
• Presentable, professional and honest
• Smart business dress is required at all times
• Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards
• You should be punctual and contribute to the development of the company
• An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player
• UAE driving license and own vehicle (we can arrange a hire car or company vehicle at your expense)
