Job summary

NTS Group is actively seeking a Commercial Manager in Dubai to drive the business plan and manage distributor networks for a leading consumer brand. You will collaborate with Commercial and enabler functions to design optimal working methods and fuel growth across the region.

The role demands 7–10 years of relevant experience, strong English skills, and ideally FMCG exposure within a multinational context. Local driving privileges and a car are advantageous for this on-site position in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 7–10 years experience in customer, trade marketing and organizational development; distributor management is a plus.
• Experience in a multi-national or regional company, preferably FMCG.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business plan and distributor relationships.
• Oversee cost and operational efficiency across the channel.
• Lead people management and HR activities within the function.

NTS Group are currently recruiting a Commercial Manager for a leading consumer business in Dubai.
The role reports into the Commercial Director and is responsible for managing the distributors to execute the business plan, while engaging with the enabler functions to both represent the commercial function and design the optimal ways of working to get maximum growth for the business.

The Person;

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or respective studies.
• Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Financial Management or closely related specialty. Post-graduate education or equivalent experience in Finance/Economics is a plus.
• 7 to 10 years mix of customer, trade marketing and organizational development Distributor management is a plus.
• Experience from a multi-national or regional company in preferably FMCG
• Excellent Verbal and written English skills; Arabic is a plus
