Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy direction and performance of the business
• Take full ownership of revenue profitability budgets and P amp L delivery
• Develop and execute an ambitious commercial growth strategy
• Identify opportunities across new markets channels customers and product categories
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts distributors and strategic partners
• Optimise route-to-market models across modern trade traditional trade wholesale foodservice and e-commerce channels
• Lead commercial negotiations and major customer agreements
• Improve sales forecasting pricing promotional effectiveness and margin performance
• Ensure sales marketing supply chain finance and operations are aligned behind common commercial objectives
• Build motivate and develop a high-performing senior leadership team
• Establish clear performance measures and strengthen accountability throughout the organisation
• Monitor market trends consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Represent the group with shareholders customers partners and other key stakeholders
